Ingredients

  • 2 teaspoons dry instant coffee
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 3/4 cup skim milk
  • 1/4 cup ginger ale
  • sugar or Splenda sugar substitute

Instructions

  1. Combine coffee & water and allow to cool.
  2. Stir in remaining ingredients.
  3. Serve over ice.
