Ingredients

  • 12 oz. cottage cheese
  • 1 small can crushed pineapple
  • 1 small can mandarin oranges
  • 3 oz. orange jello

Instructions

  1. Drain the pineapple and mandarin oranges; then mix them together in a bowl.
  2. Sprinkle the dry orange jello over the fruit mixture.
  3. Fold in the cottage cheese and Cool Whip until well combined.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
