- Drain pineapple and spread half of the wafer crumbs on the bottom of the dish.
- Cream margarine and powdered sugar; add egg yolks.
- Fold in slightly beaten egg whites.

- Pour mixture over wafer crumbs and top with remaining crumbs.
- Refrigerate for 5 hours or overnight.
