Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 4 oz. sweet cooking chocolate, melted and cooled
  • 1/2 cup Bisquick baking mix
  • 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup margarine, softened
  • 3/4 cup chopped nuts

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 9-inch pie pan with 1 1/4-inch depth.
  2. In a mixing bowl, beat all ingredients except nuts until smooth, about 2 minutes on high speed.
  3. Pour the batter into the prepared pie pan.
  4. Sprinkle chopped nuts evenly over the top.
  5. Bake until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean, about 30 to 35 minutes.
  6. Remove from oven and let cool for 5 minutes.
  7. Serve warm or at room temperature, optionally with ice cream.
