Ingredients

  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons margarine or butter, softened
  • 1/4 teaspoon almond extract
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup Bisquick
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 (21 oz.) can cherry pie filling

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Grease a 10-inch, 1 1/2-inch deep pie plate.
  3. In a blender or with a hand mixer, beat all ingredients except the cherry pie filling and streusel for 15 seconds on high or 1 minute until smooth.
  4. Pour the batter into the prepared pie plate.
  5. Evenly spoon the cherry pie filling over the batter.
  6. Bake for about 25 minutes.
  7. Sprinkle streusel over the top of the pie.
  8. Bake until the streusel is browned, about 10 minutes more.
