  • 2 cups milk

  • 1 3/4 cups sugar
  • 1/2 cup self-rising flour
  • 1 (7 oz.) package flaked coconut

Instructions

  2. In a large mixing bowl, beat together eggs, sugar, milk, vanilla, flour, and melted oleo until well combined.
  3. Fold in the flaked coconut.
  4. Divide the mixture evenly into 2 greased and floured 9-inch pie pans.
