Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
  • 1/3 c. bread crumbs
  • 2 beaten eggs
  • 1/2 c. tomato juice or tomato soup
  • 1/4 c. finely chopped onion
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
  • 1 1/4 tsp. salt
  • dash of chili powder

Instructions

  1. Mix all

  4. Bake at 350° for 1 1/4 hours.
  5. Serves 6.
