Indian Pie
A hearty Indian-inspired meat and vegetable pie topped with mashed potatoes, rich in flavors and perfect for family dinners or comfort food cravings.

Instructions
- Braise ground meat and chopped onion in a frying pan.
- Drain off excess liquid.
- Cook frozen mixed vegetables as directed on package.
- Peel and boil potatoes until tender.
- Mash potatoes with milk and a few pats of butter.
- Combine cooked meat, onion, vegetables, and tomato soup (use only half a can of water). Mix well.
- Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder to taste.
- Spray a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
- Spoon the meat mixture into the dish, filling it halfway from the top.
- Spread the mashed potatoes over the meat mixture.
- Cut pats of butter on top of the mashed potatoes.
- Bake at 350°F until the butter melts and the potatoes start to brown.
