Ingredients

  • 1 medium cucumber
  • 2 c. yogurt
  • 1 tsp. cumin
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. black pepper
  • dash of red pepper
  • 1/3 c. chopped coriander
  • 2 cloves garlic

Instructions

  1. Grate or dice the cucumber.
  2. Combine the yogurt, cumin, salt, black pepper, red pepper, chopped coriander, and crushed garlic in a bowl.
  3. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
  4. Chill and serve with rice dishes or grilled foods.
  5. Optionally, add diced tomatoes and onions for extra flavor.
