Ingredients

  • 4 yellow squash, sliced thin
  • 1 small bell pepper, diced
  • 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 3 ears of corn, cut from cob or use frozen corn
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. If you like hot food, add a small green chili pepper.
  2. Stir vegetables in a skillet and add a very small amount of water.
  3. Cover and steam until tender.
  4. Stir when about half done.
