A quick and delightful individual apple crisp featuring warm cinnamon, sweet apples, crunchy granola, and optional raisins, topped with vanilla ice cream for a comforting treat.

Ingredients

  • 1 apple, peeled and sliced
  • 1 Tbsp. raisins (optional)
  • 1/2 cup granola
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • vanilla ice cream

Instructions

  1. Place the cinnamon and apple slices in a resealable plastic bag.
  2. Toss to coat the apple slices with cinnamon.
  3. Put the coated apple slices in a microwave-safe dish.
  4. Cook in the microwave until the apples are softened.
  5. Remove the dish from the microwave and stir in the granola and raisins.
  6. Top with vanilla ice cream before serving.
