Ingredients

  • 16 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 box vanilla wafers

Instructions

  1. Beat the cream cheese, sugar, eggs, and vanilla together until smooth.
  2. Place a vanilla wafer in the bottom of each small cupcake holder or liner.
  3. Pour about half of the batter into each cupcake holder over the vanilla wafer.
  4. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 20 minutes or until set.
  5. Refrigerate overnight before serving.
