Ingredients

  • 1 lb. lamb loin chops
  • 1 c. shoyu
  • 1 c. chopped and peeled ginger
  • 1/8 c. chopped garlic
  • 1/8 c. sesame oil
  • 1/2 c chopped fresh mint
  • 1/4 c. coarse grain mustard

Instructions

  1. Marinate the lamb chops in shoyu, chopped ginger, chopped garlic, sesame oil, chopped mint, and coarse grain mustard for 24 hours.
  2. Preheat the grill over charcoal.
  3. Grill the marinated lamb chops until cooked to desired doneness.
  4. Serve the grilled lamb chops on a sauté of mixed kula greens.
