Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground meat
  • 1 1/4 cups long grain rice (uncooked)
  • 1 can onion soup

  • onions
  • salt
  • pepper

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.
  2. Place the mixture in a well-greased baking dish or pan with a tight-fitting cover.
  3. Bake at 325°F (163°C) for 1 hour.
