Ingredients

  • 3 lb. potatoes
  • 6 carrots
  • 1 c. celery
  • 1 c. onion
  • 1 small can stewed tomatoes
  • 2 lb. meat
  • 3 Tbsp. tapioca or cornstarch
  • 2 c. water
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste
  • garlic salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Place all of the ingredients in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
  2. Bake at 300° to 350°F for 4 hours.
  3. Keep covered for the entire baking time.
