International Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 c. chopped celery
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 can Chinese noodles
  • 1 can tuna
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 1 can water
  • 1/4 lb. cashew nuts, chopped
  • 1 small bag potato chips, crumbled

Instructions

  1. Mix first four ingredients together.
  2. Add soup and water.
  3. Put in casserole (greased) and sprinkle with nuts and potato chips. Bake at 325° for about 1 hour.
  4. Extra nice if crab or shrimp are used in place of tuna.
