Ingredients

  • 1 lb. Mahatma saffron yellow rice
  • 30 oz. (2 cans) whole kernel corn, undrained
  • 15 oz. (1 can) Mexicorn
  • 8 oz. (1 pkg.) cream cheese
  • 10 oz. (1 can) cream of chicken soup
  • 2 c. shredded cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook the saffron yellow rice according to the package directions.
  2. Mix the cooked rice with the whole kernel corn, Mexicorn, cream cheese, cream of chicken soup, and shredded cheese until well combined.
