Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 to 2 lb. squash
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 can chicken chunks
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 package herb stuffing mix

Instructions

  1. Cook squash until tender and drain.
  2. Melt butter and mix with stuffing mix.
  3. Add mushroom soup, chopped onion, and chicken chunks to the drained squash.
  4. Mix half of the stuffing mix into the squash mixture.
  5. Pour the mixture into a casserole dish.
  6. Top with the remaining stuffing mix.
  7. Bake in a 350°F oven for about 35 minutes.
