Ingredients

  • 10 oz. frozen spinach
  • 6 medium potatoes
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. dill seed
  • 1/2 tsp. dehydrated onion
  • 1/2 cup grated Cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Grease a 2-quart baking dish.
  2. Thaw spinach and drain thoroughly.
  3. Cook potatoes and mash them.
  4. Add margarine, sour cream, salt, dill seed, and dehydrated onion to the mashed potatoes.
  5. Stir in the drained spinach.
  6. Turn the mixture into the prepared baking dish.
  7. Sprinkle grated Cheddar cheese over the top.
  8. Bake at 350°F for 30 to 40 minutes until heated through and cheese is bubbly.
