Irish Whiskey Pie is a creamy, boozy dessert with whipped filling and a rich pastry shell, perfect for gatherings or special occasions with a smooth, spirited flavor.

Ingredients

  • 1 3-1/2 oz. package vanilla whipped dessert mix
  • 2 tsp. instant coffee powder
  • 1/2 cup cold milk
  • 3 Tbsp. Irish whiskey
  • 1/2 cup whipped cream
  • 1 8-inch baked pastry shell

Instructions

  1. In a small mixing bowl, combine dessert mix and coffee powder.
  2. Add milk and beat at high speed for 1 minute.
  3. Blend in water and whiskey.
  4. Beat at high speed 2 more minutes until fluffy.
  5. Carefully fold in the whipped cream.
  6. Pour into the baked pastry shell.
  7. Chill for 3-4 hours before serving.
