  • 1 rounded tsp. baking soda
  • buttermilk

Instructions

  2. Sieve the whole-wheat flour, self-rising flour, salt, and baking soda into a mixing bowl and mix well.
  3. Gradually add the buttermilk (about 3/4 cup) using a large wooden spoon, mixing until you have a soft, but not too wet, dough.
