Ingredients

  • 1 cup catsup
  • 1 cup oil
  • 1 cup tiny sweet pickled onions
  • 1 cup chopped parsley
  • 1 cup chopped cooked eggs
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients thoroughly in a jar with a tight lid.
  2. Serve this dressing over grapefruit and avocado wedges and red curly leaf lettuce.
