Ingredients

  • 1/2 head lettuce
  • 1/4 red onion
  • 1/2 green pepper
  • 1/2 cup vinaigrette dressing
  • 4 lobster (1 lb. each), cooked and meat picked
  • Cajun spices
  • 2 Tbsp margarine

Instructions

  1. Prepare a tossed salad using lettuce, red onion, green pepper, and vinaigrette dressing.
  2. Set the salad aside.
  3. Saute the picked lobster meat in margarine and Cajun spices until hot.
  4. Dress the salad with vinaigrette dressing.
  5. Top the salad with the hot lobster meat.
  6. Serve immediately.
