Ingredients

  • 2 pies double crust
  • 3 lb. Ricotta
  • 7 eggs
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2/3 c. citron
  • 2/3 c. mixed fruit
  • 1 oz. grated chocolate

Instructions

  1. Mix well into Ricotta all ingredients: ricotta, eggs, salt, citron, mixed fruit, and grated chocolate.
  2. Turn the mixture into the prepared pie crust and create a lattice effect on top.
  3. Sprinkle nonpareils over the top.
  4. Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes to 1 hour until golden and set.
