Ingredients

  • 6 Tbsp. well-flavored chicken bouillon
  • 2 tsp. olive oil
  • 4 canned Italian peeled tomatoes, diced
  • salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
  • pinch of oregano

Instructions

  1. Combine chicken bouillon, olive oil, and diced tomatoes in a pot.
  2. Bring the mixture to a boil.
  3. Add green beans, salt, pepper, and oregano to the pot.
  4. Cover and simmer for 30 minutes.
