Italian Lasagna(Microwave)
Creamy, cheesy Italian lasagna with rich meat sauce, layered with noodles and mozzarella, perfect for a comforting family meal in a quick microwave version.

Instructions
- Cook noodles as directed on package; drain and set aside.
- Crumble ground beef into a 2-quart casserole dish; add chopped onions and microwave for 11 to 12 minutes or until meat is set.
- Stir to break meat into pieces; drain excess fat if necessary.
- Stir in chopped garlic, tomato sauce, tomato paste, sugar, salt, parsley flakes, basil, and oregano; mix well.
- Assemble in two 2 or 3-quart glass baking dishes by layering 1/3 of noodles, 1/3 of meat sauce, and 1/2 of mozzarella cheese between the pans.
- Repeat with remaining noodles, meat sauce, and cheese until all ingredients are used.
- Microwave bake at 400°F (204°C) for 12 to 14 minutes or until bubbly in the center.
