- Cook the fine fideos noodles until al dente.
- While pasta is cooking, fry the bacon until crispy; set aside.
- Whip the eggs with a fork until well beaten.
- Drain the cooked pasta and pour the whipped eggs over it.
- If the pasta is not hot enough to cook the eggs, microwave it for 2 minutes and stir.
- Break the bacon into small pieces and add to the pasta.
