Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. fine fideos noodles
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 pkg. bacon
  • 1 pt. half and half or cream
  • 1 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook the fine fideos noodles until al dente.
  2. While pasta is cooking, fry the bacon until crispy; set aside.
  3. Whip the eggs with a fork until well beaten.
  4. Drain the cooked pasta and pour the whipped eggs over it.
  5. If the pasta is not hot enough to cook the eggs, microwave it for 2 minutes and stir.
  6. Break the bacon into small pieces and add to the pasta.
  7. Add the half and half or cream, garlic salt, and Parmesan cheese.
  8. Mix well and serve immediately.
