Ingredients

  • 6 to 8 medium potatoes
  • 1 lb. Polish sausage
  • 3 hard-boiled eggs
  • 2 onions
  • 3 kosher dill pickles
  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • 2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
  • salt

Instructions

  1. Cook unpeeled potatoes until tender, then cool.
  2. Cook Polish sausage thoroughly, then let it cool.
  3. Hard-boil eggs, peel, and chop.
  4. Chop onions and big kosher dill pickles.
  5. Mix sour cream and mayonnaise to create the dressing.
  6. Combine cooled potatoes, sliced sausage, eggs, onions, and pickles in a large bowl.
  7. Add dressing and mix well.
  8. Season with salt and pepper to taste, then serve.
