Ingredients

  • 24 ripe tomatoes
  • 4 chopped onion
  • 2 chopped sweet pepper
  • 1 chopped jalapeno pepper
  • 1 chopped green chili pepper
  • 3 Tbsp. salt
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 c. vinegar

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a large pot.
  2. Bring to a boil and cook for at least 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
  3. Pour the hot sauce into sterilized jars.
  4. Seal the jars and process in a boiling water bath if desired for preservation.
  5. Alternatively, pressure can the jars at 5 pounds pressure for 10 minutes.
