Ingredients

  • 2 cups ketchup
  • 1/4 cup vinegar
  • 1 large onion
  • 1 large bell pepper
  • 8 to 10 jalapeno peppers or more

Instructions

  1. Chop the onion and jalapeno peppers very finely.
  2. Stir all ingredients together in a pot.
  3. Simmer the mixture for about 1.5 hours, stirring occasionally.
  4. Seal the hot mixture into ketchup bottles for storage.
