Ingredients

  • 2 cups Bisquick
  • 4 tablespoons margarine
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 3 ounces cream cheese

Instructions

  1. Mix Bisquick, margarine, milk, and cream cheese together to form a dough.
  2. Knead the dough and roll it out to fit a greased large cookie sheet.
  3. Spread about 1 to 1 1/2 cups of jam down the middle of the rolled-out dough.
  4. Cut the sides of the dough and fold them over the jam into the middle.
  5. Bake in a 425°F oven for 10 to 12 minutes, or until lightly browned.
  6. Cool the pastry and drizzle with a glaze made of powdered sugar and milk.
