  • 1 c. flour
  • 1 Tbsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 1/2 c. buttermilk
  • 1/4 tsp. soda
  • 2 to 4 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1/4 c. oil

Instructions

  1. Melt butter in a skillet until hot.
  2. Mix all ingredients together.
  3. Add the batter to the hot skillet.
  4. Bake at 375°F for 20 to 25 minutes.
