  • 1 package Pillsbury Plus dark cake mix
  • 1 cup coconut
  • 1/4 cup margarine
  • 1 egg

Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 350°F.
  2. Combine cake mix, coconut, margarine, and egg at low speed until crumbly.
  3. Reserve 2/3 cup of crumbs for topping.
  4. Press remaining crumbs into a prepared baking pan.
