Ingredients

  • 8 boneless pork chops
  • 6 green onions
  • 1 tsp. thyme
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp. allspice
  • 1/2 tsp. ground cloves
  • 2 large garlic cloves
  • juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. Add all the spices together and place in a small glass bowl.
  2. Add green onions, minced garlic, vegetable oil, and lemon juice. Stir well.
  3. Put chops in a large Ziploc bag.
  4. Pour marinade over the chops. Close the bag and shake to coat evenly.
  5. Marinate for 2 hours or overnight for better flavor.
