Ingredients

  • 1 medium onion, sliced
  • 1/2 c. sliced celery
  • 1/2 c. green pepper
  • 1/2 lb. fresh mushroom
  • 3 Tbsp. butter
  • 2 c. water
  • 3 Tbsp. flour
  • 1/3 to 1/2 c. Heinz 57
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 c. cubed ham
  • 1 c. cubed chicken
  • 1 c. shrimp

Instructions

  1. Saute onion, celery, green pepper and mushrooms in butter in large skillet until tender about 5 minutes.
  2. Blend in flour and salt.
  3. Stir in water.
  4. Add 57 sauce.
  5. Cook and stir until mixture comes to a boil.
  6. Add ham, chicken and shrimp.
  7. Also add tomatoes. Cover and simmer 5 minutes.
