Ingredients

  • 12 red peppers
  • 12 green peppers
  • 12 onions
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 3 tablespoons salt
  • 1 pint vinegar

Instructions

  1. Grind the red and green peppers and cover them with boiling water.
  2. Let the peppers stand for 15 minutes, then drain.
  3. Add sugar, salt, and vinegar to the drained peppers.
  4. Simmer the mixture for 30 minutes.
  5. Can the relish into jars for storage.
