Ingredients

  • 2 lb. sausage
  • 6 c. Bisquick
  • 2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 c. buttermilk

Instructions

  1. Drain browned sausage.
  2. Mix sausage with Bisquick.
  3. Melt Cheddar cheese and add buttermilk.
  4. Combine all ingredients into one big ball.
  5. Form mixture into small balls.
  6. Place on an ungreased baking pan.
  7. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 12 to 18 minutes or until golden brown.
