Ingredients

  • 1 pint chocolate or vanilla ice cream, softened
  • 1 (10-inch) graham cracker crust
  • 1 (4 oz.) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup confectioners sugar
  • 1 (8 oz.) carton frozen whipped topping, thawed
  • 1 (21 oz.) cherry pie filling, chilled
  • 3 tablespoons chocolate syrup

Instructions

  1. Spoon the softened ice cream into the graham cracker crust.
  2. Cover the pie and freeze for about 15 minutes.
  3. In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
  4. Gradually add the confectioners sugar and mix well.
  5. Fold in the thawed whipped topping until combined.
  6. Spread the cream cheese mixture over the partially frozen ice cream layer.
  7. Chill the pie in the freezer until firm, about 2 hours.
  8. Top with chilled cherry pie filling and drizzle with chocolate syrup before serving.
