- Stir butter to soften.
- Add sugar and beat until fluffy.
- Add egg yolks, one at a time, beating well after each.
- Add vanilla. Sift together baking powder, flour and cocoa.
- Add to creamed mixture alternately with milk.
- Blend in raisins and candied cherries.
