Ingredients

  • 3 lb. boiled kolbasi
  • 1 cup ketchup
  • 1 sliced green pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • pepper to taste
  • 1 can pineapple chunks, drained
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 sliced onion

Instructions

  1. Boil kolbasi as directed.
  2. In a casserole dish, add ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, vinegar, brown sugar, pepper, and water. Stir well.
  3. Add green pepper slices, drained pineapple chunks, sliced onion, and chopped boiled kolbasi to the mixture.
  4. Bake at 350°F for 1 hour.
