Ingredients

  • 1 cup butter or margarine
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 cup plus 1 tablespoon flour
  • 1 cup coconut

Instructions

  1. Let the butter get very soft and then mix it with the sugar.
  2. Add the flour and coconut to the mixture.
  3. Mix with your hands and shape into two rolls.
  4. Wrap the rolls with plastic wrap and refrigerate until hard.
