Ingredients

  • 1 green cabbage
  • 1 egg
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
  • salt
  • pepper

Instructions

  1. Shred the cabbage finely.
  2. Cook the cabbage in as little water as possible until tender, about 5 to 10 minutes.
  3. Drain the cabbage thoroughly.
  4. Add the beaten egg, sugar, nutmeg, salt, and pepper to the cabbage and mix well.
  5. Heat the mixture gently on low heat until thoroughly warmed.
