- Put the popped corn in a very large kettle or water bath kettle.
- Bring the brown sugar, margarine, and light corn syrup to a boil in a heavy pan.
- Pour the hot caramel mixture over the popped corn and mix well.
- Spread the caramel-coated popcorn on cookie sheets.
- Bake at 200 degrees Fahrenheit until dry, about 2 to 2 1/2 hours.
