Ingredients

  • 2 (8 oz.) packages cream cheese
  • 1 pint ricotta cheese
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 3 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 3 tablespoons flour
  • 1/4 pound melted butter
  • 1 pint sour cream

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together with an electric mixer until smooth.
  2. Pour the batter into a greased springform pan.
  3. Bake at 325°F (163°C) for 1 hour and 10 minutes.
  4. Turn off the oven and leave the cheesecake inside for an additional 2 hours.
  5. Refrigerate overnight before serving for best flavor and texture.
