Instructions
- Place rice in the bottom of the pan.
- Place chicken breasts on top of the rice.
- Mix together cream of chicken soup, cream of mushroom soup, milk, water, and sprinkle the onion soup over all.
- Pour the soup mixture over the chicken and rice.
- Seal the pan tightly with foil.
- Bake at 325°F (163°C) for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
