Ingredients

  • 1 cup regular rice
  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1 cup cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 envelope instant onion soup

Instructions

  1. Place rice in the bottom of the pan.
  2. Place chicken breasts on top of the rice.
  3. Mix together cream of chicken soup, cream of mushroom soup, milk, water, and sprinkle the onion soup over all.
  4. Pour the soup mixture over the chicken and rice.
  5. Seal the pan tightly with foil.
  6. Bake at 325°F (163°C) for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
