- Heat oil in large pot.
- Melt margarine and add hot sauce in separate pot.
- Season chicken wings.
- Place wings a few at a time in hot oil.
- Cook until they come to the top of the oil and add a couple of extra minutes to the cooking time after they reach top of oil.
- Drain on paper towels and place in sauce mixture for a few minutes, turning to coat.
- Take out put in dish to put in oven on 250° to stay warm until all wings are done.
- Any extra sauce can be used as dipping sauce for French fries.
