Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. pineapple cake mix
  • 1 pkg. lemon or lime jello
  • 2/3 c. water
  • 2/3 c. oil
  • 1 tsp. lemon flavoring
  • 4 eggs

Instructions

  1. Put all ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
  2. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes. When done, poke holes on top and pour a mixture of pineapple juice and powdered sugar over the hot cake.
