  • 3/4 c. margarine
  • 2 c. white sugar
  • 1/2 c. cocoa
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/4 c. oil
  • 2 1/2 c. flour
  • 2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 1/2 tsp. soda
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 2 c. grated zucchini
  • 1/2 c. chopped nuts
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix margarine, sugar, and cocoa.
  2. Add eggs while mixing.
  3. Slowly add flour, baking powder, salt, soda, and cinnamon.
  4. Beat in milk.
  5. Stir in zucchini, nuts, and vanilla; mix well.
  6. Pour into a greased and floured 9 x 12-inch cake pan.
  7. Bake at 350° for 35 minutes.
