Ingredients

  • 3 oz. package red flavored Jello
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1/2 cup pineapple or orange juice
  • 1 cup whole berry cranberry sauce
  • 1/2 cup diced apple
  • 1/2 cup diced celery
  • 1/3 cup coarsely chopped nuts

Instructions

  1. Dissolve the gelatin in boiling water.
  2. Add the juice and cranberry sauce.
  3. Chill until slightly thickened, about 1 1/2 hours.
  4. Stir in the diced apple, diced celery, and chopped nuts.
  5. Pour into a greased mold.
  6. Butter the mold slightly before pouring in the mixture.
