Jello Mandarin Orange

Ingredients

  • 1 small package lemon jello
  • 1 small package orange jello
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1 small package marshmallows
  • 3 cans mandarin oranges with juice
  • 1 (16 oz.) can crushed pineapple with juice

Instructions

  1. Dissolve lemon and orange jellos in boiling water.
  2. Add mandarin oranges, pineapple with their juices to the jello mixture.
  3. Pour the mixture into a 13 x 9-inch pan or dish.
  4. Place marshmallows on top and chill until set.
  5. Once chilled, mix 1 cup mayonnaise and 1 cup sour cream.
  6. Spread the mayonnaise and sour cream mixture over the jello.
  7. Sprinkle with shredded Cheddar cheese before serving.
